Welcome to Gasify. By accessing or using our application, website, or services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

Gasify is a fuel price aggregation platform that collects, processes, and displays gasoline and diesel prices from multiple sources, including:

• Public government datasets
• Third-party brand providers
• Community user submissions

Gasify does not guarantee that all data is complete, accurate, or up to date.

2. No Affiliation with Fuel Brands

Gasify is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fuel company, including but not limited to Shell, BP, ExxonMobil, TotalEnergies, Repsol, or any other brand whose data may appear in the Service.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners.

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Fuel prices and station data are provided "as is" and may be:

• Delayed
• Inaccurate
• Incomplete

Users should always verify prices directly with the gas station before making purchasing decisions.

Gasify is not responsible for any losses, damages, or decisions made based on displayed data.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features (such as submitting prices or favoriting stations), you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information during registration

5. User-Submitted Content

By submitting fuel prices, reviews, photos, or any other content to Gasify, you:

• Grant Gasify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, modify, and distribute the submitted content
• Represent that the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Agree that your submissions may be combined with data from other sources

You retain ownership of your original content, but Gasify may use it to improve the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Submit intentionally false or misleading price data
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the platform
• Scrape, crawl, or extract large portions of Gasify data without written permission
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' experience

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and software related to Gasify are the property of Gasify unless otherwise stated. The Gasify name, logo, and branding are protected.

8. Third-Party Data

Gasify aggregates data from third-party sources including government open data portals and brand station locators. We do not claim ownership over such data and are not responsible for its accuracy or availability. Third-party data is subject to the terms and licenses of its respective providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gasify and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any errors or inaccuracies in the data
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any third-party conduct on the Service

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the Service or other users.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and increment the version number. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
